As an Analyst graduate, you will receive dedicated training and support to develop your career and professional skills. Our comprehensive 2 week training program will focus on risk management, lifecycle of a trade, global markets products, i.e. derivatives, FX, etc. and financial statement analysis, alongside business speakers and networking opportunities. You will receive professional development training and Nomura Orientation to help you maximize your potential. The training program ensures that the emphasis is on practical application so that you are able to immediately contribute to our business.
Throughout your career development you will be supported both by a buddy, mentor and dedicated program management team.
What’s your role?
We offer full-time Analyst opportunities across a number of different functions:
Finance - The Finance graduate programme is a rotational programme consisting of three placements over the course of two years in Tax, Treasury, Product Control and Financial Resource Management.
Compliance – The Compliance graduate programme is a rotational programme consisting of three placements over the course of two years in Regulatory Affairs, Financial Crime and Control Room
Operations - The Operations graduate programme is a rotational programme consisting of two placements over the course of two years within different Operations functions.
Risk – The Risk graduate programme is a rotational programme consisting of three placements over the course of two years in Operational Risk or New Business Group, Credit risk and Market Risk.
Technology – The Technology graduate programme, which runs over two years, consists of being placed into one of the following areas: Risk IT, Corporate Technology Services (CTS), Enterprise Infrastructure Services (EIS – rotational programme), and Global Market IT (GMIT)
What are we looking for?

You need to have a high level of academic achievement, expecting at least a 2:1 and able to withstand the rigours of a rapidly changing, demanding but ultimately rewarding environment. Fluency in English is essential and fluency in other languages is advantageous.

All of these competencies are equally weighted and we look for evidence of these in the CV, cover letter and throughout the interview process.
